The sandwich of the week: Goat cheese, cured ham and dried tomatoes

Sandwiches are always the best for a quick lunch! It is better when it is fresh, so I will advise you to take all the ingredients with you and make it during your lunch break.

Goat cheese, cured ham and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 big slice of bread
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 1 slices cured ham
  • fresh goat cheese
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bread in two parts.
  • Spread butter in both parts.
  • Spread goat cheese in one of them.
  • Add the cured ham and the dried tomatoes.
