I wanted to makes the same skewers than the ones my mother uses to prepare for our family barbecue!

Ingredients
  

  • 600 gr pork meat neck
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the meat.
  • Marinate the meat with white wine, olive oil and pepper.
  • Slice the red pepper and the onion.
  • Thread the pork, the red pepper and the onion onto the skewers.
