I wanted to makes the same skewers than the ones my mother uses to prepare for our family barbecue!
Pork skewers recipe
Ingredients
- 600 gr pork meat neck
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- pepper
Instructions
- Slice the meat.
- Marinate the meat with white wine, olive oil and pepper.
- Slice the red pepper and the onion.
- Thread the pork, the red pepper and the onion onto the skewers.
