Rhubarb sorbet

A new very nice challenge, Adeline from cooknblog.com offers us a summer theme “If we refreshed ourselves with ice cream ?!” and then the other two little rules of ice cubes in the photo and an ingredient that starts with c. Phew I added a little cinnamon in my sorbet :). We didn’t all agree with the ice cubes at home. Adrien absolutely wanted me to use his Millennium Falcon ice cubes, Han Solo and Chewbacca’s spaceship in Star Wars … but I told myself that if I didn’t want to be stressed during the melting ice during the shooting and well the false ice cubes are still more practical!

Rhubarb sorbet is delicious and it changes :). I have prepared a whole series of sorbets for you to discover throughout the summer. I started with a banana sorbet two weeks ago, if that tempts you.
