Beet mousse verrine

When I was telling you I enjoyed beetroot! Some little beet mousse verrine for a taste of summer.

Julie doesn’t eat a lot of vegetables to be honest, and that’s not so easy to find tricks so she gets her vitamin dose!

Like her mum, vegetables she rather likes that mash or blend, and that’s already something.

As a result, she loves these little verrines, tasty but pink as well!

Beetroot mousse verrines

Print Recipe
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Servings 6 verrines

Ingredients
  

  • 4 beetroot cooked
  • 75 gr fresh cheese type cantadou, boursin
  • 1 shallot

Instructions
 

  • Use a little mixer to mix all ingredients together.
  • Fill in your little verrines.
  • Serve.
